About the role

We're building the data backbone of PeoplePanda's AI screening engine. You'll design, build, and own ETL/ELT pipelines that process millions of candidate applications, integrate with 40+ ATS and HRIS systems, and feed clean, structured data to our ML models.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, dbt, and Airflow
• Build and optimise data integrations with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) via REST and GraphQL APIs
• Write clean, tested SQL for data transformation and reporting layers
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to ensure model-ready feature pipelines
• Maintain data quality frameworks and observability tooling

You'll bring

• 4+ years experience in data engineering roles
• Strong Python and SQL - you write production-grade code
• Experience designing ELT pipelines and working with dbt or equivalent
• Comfort integrating multiple third-party APIs and handling schema variability
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)

About the role

You'll work on the core AI that powers PeoplePanda's candidate ranking system - improving model accuracy, reducing bias, and scaling inference to handle growing application volumes.

You'll bring

• Strong Python - NumPy, pandas, PyTorch or equivalent
• Experience fine-tuning or prompting LLMs for structured evaluation tasks
• Understanding of fairness metrics and bias mitigation in ML
• Experience taking models from experimentation to production
• Bonus: NLP / text classification background

You'll bring

• 3+ years backend engineering, Python or Node.js
• Strong REST API design and third-party integration experience
• PostgreSQL or similar relational database proficiency
• Experience with webhook-based integrations and async job processing

About the role

Own a portfolio of 30-50 mid-market accounts. Drive adoption, reduce churn, and turn satisfied customers into vocal advocates.

You'll bring

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
• HR tech or recruitment software experience a strong plus
• Confident handling renewal conversations and expansion opportunities
• Data-driven approach to customer health and engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication

About the role

Guide new customers from signed contract to fully live on PeoplePanda in under 5 days. You own the first 90 days of every customer relationship.

You'll bring

• Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or technical support
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical HR audiences
• Organised, process-driven, and comfortable working with multiple accounts simultaneously

You'll bring

• 1-3 years closing SaaS deals, ideally in HR tech or adjacent
• Comfortable with a high-volume, short-cycle sales motion
• Strong product-led growth instincts - many deals start with a free trial
• Excellent discovery and demo skills

You'll bring

• 2+ years in content marketing or SEO, ideally B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of HR/recruitment topics and audience
• Track record of organic growth through content
• Comfortable writing long-form guides, case studies, and thought leadership
